Pizza Day at Mary's for Taradale Wednesday Class

We had a fun time at Mary's home. Mary and her husband Graham put on an exceptional lunch. Mary prepared all the pizza dough ready for each of us to roll on to our pizza tray to go straight into the pizza oven. Graham did the cooking and it is a very hot job. He cooked our delicious pizzas to perfection. Mary had prepared so many fillings that we were spoiled for choice. There must have been 30 different toppings. Yummy. She also made her very special fruit flans which are a wonderful treat. These were served with 2 kinds of icecream. Mary had placed small tables around her beautiful garden with flowers and candles and tablecloths. We sat under umbrellas and awnings and the weather was so warm it was amazing. Well done to Mary and Graham. Very special. She then topped it off with tea and coffee and individual lavender bags to take home. We all took a small plate of sweets to go with the coffee. More dancing is now needed to get rid of excess baggage around the tum tum.

Australian Instructor John Bishop in Napier

It was a great night at the Napier RSA. John Bishop was in New Zealand for clogging and decided to make a stopover in Napier. His group did clogging with our Hawkes Bay dancers and also entertained us with some fabulous clogging themselves.

We also line danced of course. Alot. He taught 3 dances. A waltz 'Morning has broken' an easy fun dance 'Hello Dolly' (which I have already taught in 2 of my classes). Have to say I can't remember the other dance. The dance sheets will appear on my website.
